EMG and I thought it would just be another normal blood test but least I knew what I would be going through. As I lay down on bed I saw her wear gloves.
I saw an electrode long enough like the blue one in her hand and heard as she said that she'll be inserting it on the upper portion of lower limb. I asked will it pain and she said yes somewhat. I simply closed my eyes and felt the pain. That was not all as she held my foot and asked me to put pressure on her hand as she pushed my foot inwards. It was terrible. Over with it she inserted it in calf then and it was terrible and i almost screamed with tears as I was already in terrible pain to even move and she was asking me to apply pressure while the electrode was in. I could not do it and the electrode was in for almost 3-4 min when she took out and inserted above knee. The same process for other leg as well and when I was finally getting up in tears she said that she would have to do again on calf of previous leg as I wasn't able to do it earlier. Somehow it was over. I have had two blood test as well. It was hard to pass time till reports came and thank goodness no myopathy was found in EMG test. I had elevated CRP level i.e. 168 point something which should be less than 5. I was relieved a little. But the pain am going through is terrible and its worse when fever also takes on me as its followed with bodyache.
Each tablet taken by me everyday. Pain I want you to go away now. I have suffered enough. :( I can't see myself like this It was too terrible yesterday that I cried almost.
What have I become. I want to walk again. :/
